This webpage is in response to the blog post titled [A tale of the nasty Writer], which was written by writer and blogger [L.T. Marshall.]

Before I begin with my response, I would like to point out that the author of the blog post, LT Marshall, has written other derogatory things about other people prior to this, and subsequent to this. It is a major part of what she does with her blog.

Here is a sample of just some of her defamatory posts:

These were written by LT Marshall just before she wrote her defamatory blog post about me. She refers to "bullying", "nasty" and, in case you missed it, in the Outfox the Market case, she was sued for defamation.

Just in case she ends up deleting the proof, I am enclosing a picture, provided by LT Marshall herself, proving that she was sued for defamation.

All of that is provided by LT Marshall herself. On top of that, she has been far from polite. She wrote some very nasty lies about me on her Facebook page.

I could go into detail about why what she said in that post is false, and why what she said in her blog post, and, heck, everywhere, is a complete lie, but I don't really think I need to. It's so incredibly obvious that it is false that anyone could easily understand that it is false.

Just quickly, though, she is accusing me of bullying, and the rationale for that is because I blocked someone, then complained when that person kept trying to attack me. That's not bullying. Bullying is repeated unwanted contact with someone. What LT Marshall did is bullying. What the poor [dear] Kessily Lewel that she is protecting did is bullying. What I did was just to say stop bullying me. That's not bullying.

Incidentally, this was the first version of the lies told about me, by someone called Kessily Lewel:

Once again, I shouldn't really need to defend myself against this, as it obviously didn't happen. She did contact me, but it wasn't to criticise my work. Rather, it was to threaten to ruin my writing career, a threat she and LT Marshall carried out. At least that part of things was honest.

The threat can be seen initially with two memes started by LT Marshall, which I will link to here (she also references them in her fake review below and in the defamatory blog post itself).

The purpose of these memes, as designed by LT Marshall, was to force my book to get fake reviews, which worked. It ended up with 8 fake reviews: 6 of them 1 star and 2 of them 2 stars. The fake reviewers didn't even try to hide their lying. Here is one example of a confession of one of them that they wrote a fake review:

These are all fake. Not just bad reviews but fake ones, organised by LT Marshall, using her silly memes, and based on the lies told by LT Marshall and Kessily Lewel about me, lies aimed, it seemed, at ruining the sales of my book.

I should note that, while there are 3 fake reviews in UK, only one of them (LT Marshall) is from the UK. Both Kareen Meenan and Fliss changed regions just to write fake 1 star reviews. The reason was simple: because otherwise I had high reviews in UK, and they couldn't have that.

It is also notable that LT Marshall did not read the book. She actually bought it on Kindle as opposed to Kindle Unlimited, but then she asked for a refund, which is only allowed if you can prove you haven't read it, which she did. She did that because, at that time, it wasn't available on Kindle Unlimited. So much for Kessily claiming to have bought it, LT Marshall was my first sale...

Also, on top of writing 8 fake reviews, they also "reported abuse" on a real 5-star review until Amazon deleted it...

Why do all of this?

Revenge.

To explain this, I have to go into something that sounds irrelevant, but it isn't really. I have to go to an entirely different smear campaign made by someone else.

As some people know, there is a major smear campaign out there against a charity called [Autism Speaks], who are the world's largest charity for autism.

The claims vary, so I will give some examples here:

So many lies, and there's actually a lot more than that, but they are all on the same basic theme: that Autism Speaks keeps all the money to themselves, and don't spend any on people with autism.

The problem is that that's not remotely true.

So how did 74.6% morph into 4% or 3% or nothing at all? And why are people upset? And what does this have to do with the lies being told about me?

A guy called Nathan McConnell, the writer of a comic book series about autism he called [Growing Up Aspie], wrote several years ago, soon after Autism Speaks started, to say that Autism Speaks were bad.

Incidentally, if you are wondering why he writes about autism, it's simple: it sells! His first book was about gender roles, and it performed rather badly:

Whether he was the first person to speak out against them or simply one of the first is hard to be sure, but he certainly wrote about them, and tried his best to convince the entire autism community that Autism Speaks were keeping all of the money for themselves.

While he seems to have deleted his original criticisms (or he has hidden them), he is still doing it to this day, and this is one of his recent ones:

It doesn't sound like much, and there's a reason for that. He previously wrote a whole lot about them, which he shared with his autism network, but he has hidden that he was the originator of this message, or at least one of the early ones.

While he has hidden the nastier stuff he wrote, there's a significant hint that he was the originator, such as this:

What does this have to do with me?

Well, he and I had something of a falling out over this. This was what I wrote to him:

It doesn't mention Autism Speaks because by that stage he was going on about something else, something he is still going on about, about doctors.

He went on a rant at one point about how ALL doctors were against autism, and when I tried to calm him down, he launched a smear campaign against me.

While he subsequently deleted the rant and apologised to me privately, he never apologised publicly.

Then he made up his own smear campaign against me:

Fair enough he didn't mention me by name, but people knew, and they took it to heart. Just read the comments. If only they knew that I was actually upset with him for being a bully.

There were actually three things he bullied: (1) Autism Speaks, (2) Doctors and (3) Parents of autistic children, though he seems to have calmed down on the third one and taken it down. It was his complaint that people who have autistic children have no right to speak about autistics that led me to leave his page.

Incidentally, he also likes to make up fake 1-star reviews on Amazon to prove a point, but he says that's okay.

I wonder where these guys got the idea to leave fake reviews? Possibly from Nathan.

And now we get to the ultimate point: how I know that Kessily Lewel and LT Marshall did this in revenge for Nathan McConnell, and to protect him for the bullying I caught him out doing.

It was simple enough. Facebook told me about a comment I made a very long time ago to Nathan, a comment that I can't show anyone anymore, a comment that was never in public view.

I called him a cockroach.

I stand by it. He is a cockroach.

Why would that be reported to Facebook several years later? Were there people going so far back through my timeline to find some rude thing, and was Facebook so gullible as to fall for it?

Or was Facebook trying to help me out by telling me who was behind this?

I hadn't thought about Nathan as being connected to this until the cockroach connection, but there it was.

Now, I cannot prove, at this stage, that Nathan's argument with me was why these people did this to me, but, if you consider what Nathan accused me of doing, with the size of his book versus the size of my book, the bullying, the calling him a cockroach (versus calling her a different C-word), and all of the rest, there are just too many coincidences, plus the fact that this was reported, from a very long time ago, and surely it is related.

Nathan lost his job just before I was attacked, which could be a motivation for the timing of the attack. I know this because he wrote about it publicly on Facebook.

Perhaps Nathan blamed me for losing his job, and asked someone to attack me.

Perhaps Nathan simply blamed me for losing his job and didn't ask anyone to attack me.

Perhaps they just decided that it was the right thing to do.

Also note that both of my attackers are supporters of autism, and yet they made discriminatory comments about me having autism.

As for the effects on me personally, here is a partial list:

(1) My book received 8 fake reviews, and has a 1.6 star average in USA and a 2.0 star average in UK.
(2) I was removed from the Facebook groups for both of my published books, Worlds Apart and Cold Cases, both published by Angela Kay of Stained Glass Publishing, even though they were already published.
(3) I was removed from the Metempsychosis anthology by Angela Kay of Stained Glass Publishing.
(4) I was removed from the Abhorrence anthology by Iris Sweetwater of Hydra Productions.
(5) I received 150-odd abusive comments on my Facebook page and my inbox, and had the annoyance of having to block 150-odd abusive people.
(6) The fake blog post about me was shared on Facebook more than 560 times.
(7) The fake blog post was viewed, according to LT Marshall, by more than 2,000 unique visitors.
(8) Angela Kay of Stained Glass Publishing, who was contracted to design a usable cover page for my book Tales From The Aether (originally Bob the Potato and Other Stories) refused to design a usable cover, and refused to refund the US $110 (AU $165) I paid her for this.
(9) My good relationship with both Angela Kay of Stained Glass Publishing and Iris Sweetwater of Hydra Productions, was ruined.
(10) Several people who I was on very good terms with in the writing community on Facebook blocked me, including many people associated with Hydra Productions.
(11) Four people wrote plans to murder me (which were about the only thing Facebook were prepared to remove - see below).
(12) Two people stalked me soon after LT Marshall's defamatory blog post, resulting in an attempted assault and an attempted stabbing in the neck, both of which I blocked.
(13) My book Tales From The Aether received significantly less sales than expected.
(14) My short story Karta: Island of the Dead no longer has a publisher.
(15) My novel based on the short story Karta: Island of the Dead is no longer able to be put to a publisher.
(16) My novel Children of the Crescent Moon can no longer be published.

Finally, I thought to show some of the people who promoted "graphic violence" about me in response to the blog post by LT Marshall:

I have chosen not to repeat what they wrote, but only the fact that they were promoting graphic violence in relation to LT Marshall's blog post.

It is my opinion that what they wrote could reasonably be interpreted as a message intended to convince someone to murder me.

I am not dead yet, though someone did try, probably as a result of their plans to kill me, which in turn were based on the smear campaign.

The lesson from all of this is to think twice before believing lies.

Try not to be like this person "Defending women" by pretending that I ever did anything to attack one:

You are not warning people about something bad. If something bad was really going on, it wouldn't be handled like this. Police would be involved and at most someone would be reporting about it from police and/or court.

Incidentally, my book is still up. It hasn't been banned by Amazon, and it most certainly does not contain a single word about Kessily, LT Marshall or Nathan, nor does it have anything about raping anyone or murdering anyone, nor did it ever involve any of that. It is a book aimed at teenagers. There's no sex in it, let alone rape, and, while there is death, there is no murder.

I also haven't been banned by Facebook, or punished, or put in "Facebook jail". I am not in any trouble at all, nor have I ever been. While they have managed to con Facebook into letting them keep some of their lies about me up, that's as far as they've got.

I am not writing this to ask for any revenge. I just want this to stop. If you want to help me, get the offending pages shut down. Talk to WordPress.com, talk to Facebook, talk to anyone who is stupid enough or cruel enough or gullible enough to have shared this horrible lying page, and get them to stop it.

I just want to be able to live my life in peace, and not to have to pay forever for daring to prove to someone that what he was saying was dishonest.
