When a ninja has an affinity to an element, they are also able to utilise
a dragon, based on the element.  Before being able to summon the dragon
to do their bidding, they first can use the breath of the dragon.
 
Earth: Acid breath (single enemy - can damage equipment)
Fire: Fire breath (whole room - can damage equipment and blind)
Lightning: Lightning breath (single enemy - can fuse equipment and shock)
Water: Frost breath (whole room - can freeze)
Wind: Gas breath (whole room only - can't target an individual - can poison)

Usage: Gouryuuka (<enemy>)
Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu: Fire Release: Fire Dragon
Requires: Fire primary elemental affinity, level 90
        : Either inside OR It is not raining AND the room is not flooded
        (i.e. if a water dragon can be summoned, then a fire dragon cannot)
Mastery: Must have Fire Breath at 100%

Goryuuka summons a mighty fire dragon, who breaths a stream of
hot fire, with a chance to burn equipment and to cause blindness.

This prime dragon has perhaps the nastiest effect of all of the
prime dragons with its ability to blind and to destroy equipment
(if not protected by fireproof).  

Unfortunately, it is a dragon that is best summoned inside,
or at least when there is no water about, as if there is too
much water in the nearby area (especially a flood), this may
not work at all.
